Accessibility in the building

A ramp is available to access the building and can be set up in advance. There is an elevator which will get participants from the cafe area to the first floor. The toilets upstairs may not be accessible to wheelchair users. The ones downstairs are.The doors to the studio where the larps are held are large enough to accommodate a wheelchair
The bathrooms are gender neutral.

Accessibility during larps

Our policy is that ‘the door is always open’. Participants will not be prevented from leaving larps for any reason.All the larps have content warnings where applicable.
The level of movement that the larp requires is in the larp description.

Food

We will cater for any food allergy that we are informed of.

Safety

There will always be a safety person on duty that you can contact if you feel uncomfortable at any time during or after a larp or a party,
